We're seeing a lot of facilities finally getting serious about heat and fume buildup in their production areas, and the 432 to 100,000 m³/h airflow range on this SYBDW series is basically what makes it work for everything form a small plating shop to a massive foundry.
The aerodynamic impeller design is pretty much what you'd expect from a unit that's been balanced to within a tight tolerance, and it's why you get that 16 to 85 dB noise range—the smaller units are genuinely quiet for what they move, but teh big ones still have some presence, usually around 75 dB or so at full speed.
Material choice matters here because the FRP body handles chemical corrosion way better than standard steel, though we also offer stainless steel or aluminum options depending on what you're exhausting—most buyers go with the FRP for chemical plants or plating lines, it's lighter and won't pit out in a few years.
You'll need to specify the votage as 380V, and the motor power runs from 0.06 to 30kW depending on the impeller diameter you pick—250mm up to 1000mm—which means you can match it to your existing ductwork without redesigning the whole system.
One thing that catches people is the 40-plus year service life claim, but that's based on FRP's UV resistance and the stainless hardware holding up; we usually have stock for the common sizes like 500mm and 630mm, but confirm lead time for anything over 800mm as those can take 20 days or so to build.
It's not suited for explosive atmospheres unless you add an explosion-proof motor and housing, which we can do but it changes the lead time and cost—anyway, the standard unit handles general industrial ventilation fine.

For a high-power unit like 30kW, lead time is usually around 20-25 working days, depending on current orders. The FRP housing doesn't add extra time compared to stainless steel.

That estimate assumes normal industrial use with proper maintenance—typically 8-16 hours a day, five days a week. If you run it 24/7, you might still see 30+ years, but the motor or bearings may need replacement sooner.
We pack each unit in a heavy-duty plywood crate, with foam padding around the impeller and motor. The crate is strapped and waterproofed, so it handles ocean freight and rough handling well.
