The UMT65 runs on Windows 10 with a 21.5-inch monitor that’s bright enough for a dim barn or a bright clinic, and there’s 256GB of hard disk space for saving exams. it support 2B/4B, THI, DPDI, and Triplex imaging modes, and the two probe interfaces mean you can swap between a convex and a linear without fumbling. CE, FDA, EEC, and ISO13485 all checked, class II device per GB/T18830-2009.
Basically, this works well for small animal abdominal work or equine reproductive checks where Tissue Harmonic Imaging really cuts through the noise. But it’s not great for very small exotic pets—the probe frequencies top out around 10MHz or so, so you’ll struggle with a hamster’s kidney. Most buyers go with the standdard convex probe first, then add linear later.
