Basically it's an 8-inch koala plush for dogs with a squeaker inside — the kind that keeps medium to large breeds busy for a while, and we've lined the velboa fabric with 3mm sponge so it holds up better than most soft toys against persistent chewing.
We usually have stock for samples, which take about 5-7 working days to ship, but 30-60 days after you confirm the design, and MOQ is 500 pieces (check lead time if you're in a hurry). Most buyers go with embroidery for the logo since it lasts longer than printing on plush.
It's not for tiny dogs under 15kg — the size and squeaker are better suited for bigger animals, and the 3mm sponge lining adds weight, so a small pup might struggle to carry it around.
CE and RoHS certified, non-toxic materials, and teh stitching is reinforced at stress points (something you'd notice if you've ever had a toy split open after a week). The PP cotton stuffing is pretty standdard, but the fabric thickness gives it a tighter tolerance than cheaper alternatives.
You can customize the color, design, logo, and packging — we've done koalas in blue, gray, and even pink for different markets, and the logo goes on both front and back if you want. 500 pieces is the minimum, but we've shipped orders of 2,000 or so for a pet retail chain, so scaling up is straightforward.
The MOQ is 500 pieces per design. You can mix colors within the same design to hit that number.
