We’ve been shipping these for years now, and teh 20mm to 1200mm range covers pretty much everything from small branch lines up to main trunk mains, though the 1200mm size usually has a longer lead time—confirm stock before you commit to a large project.
They’re PE100 HDPE, rated at PN10 and PN16 depending on your system presure, and each one meets ISO 4427 for water and ISO4437 for gas, which we back with a full COA and traceability docs; the black with blue stripe color code tells you it's water-rated, but the yellow version is available for gas too.

Basically, these electrofusion flange adapters form a permanent molecular bond when you run welder, so you don’t need any mechanicla joints or gaskets that might eventually leak, and the 50-year design life is a solid claim if stored properly.

Most buyers use these on buried water mains or gas distribution networks because the electrofusion process is far more forgiving in wet or cold conditions than butt welding is, but they’re really not suited for above-ground systems where UV exposure might degrade the PE100 over time without protection.

We schedule shipments roughly 4 to 6 weeks after order, and the MOQ is 100 pieces unless you’re doing a custom ODM/OEM run, in which case we’ll talk minimums case by case—usually your payment is 30% upfront with the rest against shiping documents.
You get about 500,000 units per month out of our plant, so even larger orders at 10,000 pieces or so aren’t an issue, but we’ve seen some buyers need the fittings quick for emergency repairs and our stock on the most common sizes (63mm to 315mm) is pretty reliable right now.
Yes, you can mix sizes within the same MOQ — we just ask that the total hits 100 pieces. For custom mixing ratios, just let your sales contact know.
We carry ISO9001, CE, SGS, and WRAS certification. For drinking water, the WRAS approval covers that — we can send you the certificate on request.
Standard color coding is black/blue for water and yellow for gas, but we can do all black for water applications if you prefer — just specify that in your order.
For smaller sizes up to 110mm, we use cartons. For larger diameters like 200mm and above, we switch to wooden cases to prevent damage during shipping.
We can do ODM/OEM, so custom pressure ratings and dimensions are possible — but that would require a minimum order adjustment and longer lead time. Best to discuss your specs with our engineering team.
