The electrofusion flange adapter is a premium HDPE fitting designed for permanent, leak-proof connections between HDPE pipes in various fluid transport applications. These fittings utilize embedded copper wire coils that melt when energized by an electrofusion welding machine, creating molecular bonds between the pipe and fitting for superior joint integrity.
Manufactured from high-grade PE100 material, our electrofusion stub ends meet rigorous ISO 4427 and EN12201 standards for water supply systems, as well as ISO4437/EN1555 standards for gas applications. The fittings are available in pressure ratings from PN10 to PN16, suitable for both low and medium-pressure pipelines.
