Wholesale OEM Electrosurgical Equipment UMY-EF2 with Multiple Power Settings

We've been moving these UMY-EF2 units for years now, and what always catches buyers is that 0.512 MHz frequency — it's tighter than what you'd find on most entry-level electrosurgical generators, which usually drift around that range but not as consistently.

The power settings actually shift quite a bit depending on what you're doing. Pure cut cranks up to 350W, but when you switch to Coag it drops to about 120W or so, and bipolar Coag sits more steadily at 50W under a 100Ω load. So you're not going to get the same output across the board, which matters if your team switches between modes mid-procedure — but most of our established buyers already know to spec the pencil options accordingly (hand-switch versus foot-switch). Each unit ships with both pencils, plus the bipolar forceps and the neutral electrode, so you really don't need to order spare bits right away.

The blend modes are pretty clean. Blend1-3 lets you dial in how much versus hemostasis you want, and experienced surgeons tell us the feel is better than some older machines they've used — less sticking on teh third setting anyway. That load impedance range, 100Ω to 500Ω? It basically matches what you'd expect for general OR work, though if you're doing something like tonsillectomies on pediatric patients, you might find low end a bit snug.

It's not really ideal for very fine neurosurgery or anything below 15W. I've seen people try, but the waveform doesn't play nicely at those low outputs. 1 year warranty is standdard, and we usually have stock, but confirm lead time if you're ordering more than 50 units.

Also, one thing I didn't expect when I first handled these is that the hand-switch pencil is slightly heavier than the foot-switch version — maybe a few grams difference — but it doesn't bother most teams after a single case. The cable is long enough (roughly 3 meters) that you don't need an extension.
