We've been getting more requests for portables that don't compromise on image quailty, and this one actually delivers — the full-digital beam forming with focusing is what makes it stand out form cheaper units that just slap a touch screen on a basic machine.

Scanning depth goes to 250mm or so with the standard 3.5MHz convex probe, which is fine for abdominal work, and the 7.5MHz linear gives you decent small parts imaging; the 12-inch LED monitor isn't huge but it's bright enough for most clinical settings, and the touch screen response is pretty good for the price point.

it support B, M, CFM, PW, and all the duplex/triplex modes you'd expect, plus it stores images in BMP, JPEG, or PNG natively — DICOM is optional, so if you need PACS integration, make sure to specify that when ordering.

CE and FDA certified (check the ISO13485 paperwork too), but we usually have stock and lead time is about 20 days or so; the built-in Li-ion battery means you're not tethered to a wall socket, though runtime is typically 2-3 hours depending on usage.

Measurement packages cover ABD, OB, pelvic, urology, small parts, and vascular — basically the common ones — but it's not really suited for cardiac work unless you're just doing basic 2D, so don't expect full echo capabilities.

Anyway, the standerd probes are convex and linear, but you can add the transvaginal or micro-convex as options; the unit itself is about 16x29x35 cm and not too heavy, so it's portable enough for mobile clinics though the carrying case is sold separately.
