That 21.5-inch HD LCD monitor at 1980*1080 is pretty much what you'd expect for a mid-range system, but the real difference is the 13.3-inch touch screen that's laid out so you don't have to hunt for controls mid-exam.

We've got 5 activated transducer ports on the P50, which is more than enough for most clinical rotations, and the swivel range—±45° left/right and 25° up, 90° down—makes it easy to position even in cramped rooms. It's basically a slim trolley that doesn't dominate the space, and most buyers go with the 4D transvaginal probe for checking fetal abnormalities, though it's not ideal for high-volume cardiac work because the frame rate drops off at depth (usually 20 days or so lead time on that probe).

For general OB/GYN exams, the automated measurement tools actually save you time, but what it does is let you switch between 2D, 3D, and 4D volume modes without rebuilding the scan plane. 5D is really just their branding for that workflow integration, not some magic new dimensoin.

Origin is China and we hold CE, FDA, EEC, ISO13485—so no compliance headaches for most markets. One thing you wouldn't think to ask is that teh touch screen calibration holds up well over time, but the monitor's brightness fades about 10% after 2 years of daily use, that's just the reality of these panels.
