We've got 5 activated transducer ports on the P50, which is more than enough for most clinical rotations, and the swivel range—±45° left/right and 25° up, 90° down—makes it easy to position even in cramped rooms. It's basically a slim trolley that doesn't dominate the space, and most buyers go with the 4D transvaginal probe for checking fetal abnormalities, though it's not ideal for high-volume cardiac work because the frame rate drops off at depth (usually 20 days or so lead time on that probe).
