It handles plate form 6mm up to 60mm, with a bevel angle range from 0 to 60 degrees—the hydraulic height adjustment makes switching between materail thicknesses quick, usually within a minute or so. Most buyers go with this model for structrual steel or heavy equipment manufacturing where consistent bevel width matters.
The spindle runs at 1050r/min and uses six carbide inserts on a 63mm cutter head, which gives a cleaner edge than what you'd get with a handheld grinder anyway. Total power draw is 4520W on AC 380V 50Hz, and feed speed is variable from 0 to 1500mm/min depending on material condition.
Worktable height sits between 700 and 760mm with an 800×800mm surface, and the auto clamping works well for but you'll want to check the grip on thinner stock under 8mm or so. Not ideal for alumnum plate over 30mm unless you have the right carbide inserts, but for carbon steel it's been solid.
We usually have stock on these, typically 10-15 units, and lead time is about 20 days or so if we're out. It comes with a 1-year warranty and CE plus ISO certs, which our quailty team verified on the COA before accepting the first batch.
