Featuring an advanced control panel, the GMMA-60S allows operators to precisely adjust feed speed from 0-1500mm/min. The machine offers both manual and optional automatic clamping functions, ensuring secure workpiece positioning during operation. The hydraulic height adjustment system provides convenient setup for different working conditions.
With a spindle speed of 1050r/min and 6-piece insert cutter configuration (Dia 63mm), the GMMA-60S delivers clean, consistent bevels on various metal materials. The machine achieves bevel angles from 0 to 60 degrees, making it suitable for creating V/Y and other welding joint configurations.
The worktable features an ergonomic height of 700-760mm (suggested 730mm) with a spacious 800×800mm working area. The automatic clamping system accommodates widths greater than 80mm and lengths over 300mm, providing flexibility for different workpiece sizes.
