5 lines of strapping on the 1250, 3 lines on the 850—but if you’re baling mixed metals with sharp edges, you’ll want to check with us on strapping matrial because our default polypropylene won’t hold up there, and we can switch to steel strap if you let us know. We actually have a few customers who run textiles and cardboard together, and they swear by the 37/45KW motor option because of that it handles teh fluctuating loads without tripping the overload relay.
We usually have stock on standard models, but lead time can stretch to 4-6 weeks if we’re retooling for a custom bale size (your RFQ mentioned adjustable length, so we’d need to confirm that dimnesion). The CE and ISO certs are current, and our company can send you the SGS inspection report from our last batch of 50 units—roughly 450kg/m³ average density, with only one unit needing a hydraulic hose retorque after the first 10 cycles. Retesting before shipment is standerd for us, but we’ll add a third-party inspection at your cost if you want it.
One thing we don’t advertise enough is the 2-year warranty on the main cylinder and pump—it’s not a sales pitch, just a fact, and we’ve only had two claims in the last three years, both from a cosmetic crack in the paint on the control cabinet.
