We've seen a lot of buyers get burned by units that arrive silent or barely move, and honestly, the first thing we screen for is the motor and speaker qualiy before anything else leaves the warhouse.
Body is 20cm of premium plush with 100% PP cotton fill—nothing fancy, but the hand-stitching on the face gives it a cleaner look than the machine-sewn ones, and we test each batch for loose threads and joint strength (roughly 92% pass on first go, then we retest the rejects).
It runs on batteries you supply, and what it does is cycle through three songs with a hip-shaking dance routine that's consistent within 10% tempo variation across 20 units or so—better than the off-brand stuff that plays at wildly different speeds.
CE, EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, and REACH are all current per batch, and we'll provide the COA with each shipment; if you pull a random unit from a pallet and it fails any of those, we cover return shipping and send replacements within 2 weeks (usually 10 days depending on volume).
Each comes in a polybag with the switch tucked inside a sewn pocket—small detail, but keeps it from turning on during transit and draining batteries—and teh MOQ is 500 pieces if you want your own jungle theme or Valentine's wrap, otherwise we move stock from our standdard line.
Lead time is about 30 days from payment for a first order, but reorders of the same style can drop to 18 days or so once the tooling is set, and our company can hold a 10% overage for spares if you flag it early.
