Around half the time, buyers want the 20cm size but our company can go bigger or smaller—MOQ shifts with that, about 5000 pieces for teh tiny ones down to 2000 or so for bigger models. You pick the fabric: short fur, long plush, or cloth, and then the fill is PP cotton, foam beanies, or those little PE beads that make ’em floppy. We can run purely machine production for large runs, but sometimes people request hand sewn. 45 days is the lead time if things are rolling—sample development is way faster though, 3 to 7 days. Don’t expect expedited shiping to fix production speed if we’re stacked.
EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, CCPSA, CE, REACH—basically a stack of certifications (especially for the US and EU markets). It’s pretty common that a buyer asks for COAs per batch, and we hold them for every lot that goes out. What’s less obvious is that the plush length can matter more than you’d think for skin irritation, but short fur is generally smoother here.
Custom logo applicaion is options-based: print, embroidery, a label, or a tag—no one solution fits every price point or fabric type. Most clients go with embroidery for durability on the paw or chest. But we also won’t recommend printing on certain high-pile long plush; ink sinks in. (and I’ll be blunt about this): for really big orders—40000 pieces or more—the 45-day lead might stretch, especially if there’s a customiaztion conflict with another batch in queue. Anyway, that’s typical rhythm.
It ships bulk otherwise in PE bags with a minimum order that feels heavy for small shops, under 2000 pieces we usually can’t swing unless it’s a certain repeat. Ages—technically all, but don’t put tiny foam beanie bears under 3 years, it’s a known caution in the biz but the specs don’t enforce that.
