The MOQ is size-based, so for a standard 12-inch rabbit you're looking at about 2,000 pieces, but if we go bigger or more complex that can jump to 5,000 or so — I've confirmed this with them directly, and they're flexible on splitting across color variants within the same order.

Material options are short fur, long plush, or cloth, and filling can be PP cotton, foam beanies, or PE beanies — we usually go with PP cotton for the body and foam beanies in the feet for that weighted feel most buyers prefer, but check sample first because the foam can compress differently than you'd expect.

Sample production is 3 to 7 days, which is pretty quick, but mass production takes roughly 45 days — that's standard for this type of custom work, and we'll need to factor in shipping time from China, usually another 20 days or so depending on the port.

One thing this isn't suited for is small test runs under 500 units — they're clearly set up for volume OEM work, not boutique batches, so if we ever need a quick low-quantiy sample for a client pitch we'll have to go elsewhere or pay a premium for a separate short-run supplier.

Also, the design services are full customiaztion including printing, embroidery, labels, and tags, but what I'd flag is that their design team has over 10 years in toys — that matters because they'll catch production issues we might miss, like a seam placement that makes embroidery look crooked on a curved rabbit ear.
