We've got a fabricator pulling double shifts who keeps burning through cheap saws, and for their setup this TS255-007 with the 250mm blade should handle the workload better.
What it does is run at 1500W continuously or bumps up to 1800W when you're on a job that needs intermittent extra power—S6 rating means it's built for that kind of duty cycle—and teh 36-tooth blade at 4700 RPM gives a clean cut on most hardwoods and even some thin metal.
table extensions actually make a difference here: 190mm front and 250mm rear, so if you're ripping longer boards you get proper support without needing an outfeed table every time. 80mm depth at 90 degrees is decent but at 45 degrees you're limited to 55mm, which is fine for miters but not for thick stock.
Keep in mind it's portable at about 27kg, but that also means it's not as stable as a full cabinet saw for —typical for this size, but worth factoring in if your guy works with large sheet goods daily.
Anyway, MOQ is one unit, lead time is usually 20 days or so but confirm before ordering—we've got CE and GS certs so compliance shouldn't be an issue.
