We're looking at 500 units minimum per design and color, lead times run about 7-10 days once you approve the sample — and getting a sample here takes roughly 5-8 days to knock out.
Basically it's a stuffed bear, plush fabric on outside with PP cotton filling to keep its shape; you'll see them mostly for promotional giveaways or in gift shops.
Those standard colors are gray, pink, yellow, purple, and blue (custom colors are an option anyway), and we put each one in an OPP bag unless you want different packging.
It's not really built for heavy indutrial use or outdoor exposure, keep that in mind if your plan involves constant handling or harsh conditions — the plush can wear down.
In most cases buyers go with teh 3-pound stuffing density for softer hugs, but the 5-pound is better if you need the bear to stand up straight without slouching.
Also COA comes per batch for safety compliance, though we usually have stock on standdard sizes but confirm lead time for custom orders of 2000 units or so.
The MOQ is 500pcs per color, so you'd need at least 500 gray and 500 pink to mix them. If you want 500 total across both colors, that won't work — each color needs its own 500pc minimum.
Yes, we comply with international safety standards, so we can supply certificates like EN71 or ASTM upon request. Just let us know which ones you need when you place the order.
Sample production takes 5-8 days after you approve the design and color specs. We'll ship it out right after that, so you're looking at about a week or so to hold it in your hands.
Once the sample is confirmed, production runs 7-10 days. That's pretty quick for a custom order, so you can expect your bears ready to ship in under two weeks after approval.
Absolutely, we support custom packaging. Just tell us what you need — boxes, hang tags, whatever — and we'll set it up. The standard is 1pc per OPP bag, but we can switch to your design.
