We usually keep about 500 units of the basic teddy bear helmet plush in stock, but for custom runs you're looking at 45 days production time from order confirmation, sample turnaround is 3-7 days depending on complexity.
It's EN71 and ASTM certified right out of the gate—CPSIA and CCPSA too—so you're covered for most markets without extra testing, though we'll provide the COA with each shipment anyway (check lead time on that if you need it fast).
You can go short fur or long plush, cloth if you prefer, and fill with PP cotton or foam beanies—we've done PE beanies too for weighted options, but it's not ideal if you need machine-washable, just so you know.
Basically, size and color are fully customizable, and logo appliction can be printing, embroidery, or a tag—most buyers go with embroidery for the helmet part since it holds up better over time, but that's just what we've seen.

So for ordering, MOQ is typically 1000 pieces for custom, 200 for stock designs, and we ship bulk in PE bags or gift box depending on your retail plan—confirm shippng timeline if you're on a tight schedule.
We don't have a set MOQ—it really depends on the size and complexity. A standard 20cm bear with basic printing might start around 500 pieces, but if you need fewer, we can talk about it.
Yes, we have CE certification on file, and we can share the EN71 test report for the specific short fur batch used in your order. Just let us know before production starts.
Sample time is 3-7 days, including embroidery. We'll ship it out as soon as it's ready, so you can approve the design before we move to full production.
