The thing you need to know up front is the MOQ sits at 1,000 pieces — we don't do small runs on this model, it's really built for retail or promotional scale, not a one-off order.
But that volume works fine for most buyers in the US or EU who need consistent inventory for seasonal drops or corporate gifting. We ship with EN71, ASTM F963, and REACH certs, and we include the import docs your customs broker will ask for — usually the COA and a packing list are enough.
It's a sitting teddy bear, mint green by default but you can change the color and size during order confirmation (custom dimensoins are set then). The fill is 100% PP cotton, machine sewn with reinforced stitching at the stress points — kids aged 3 to 8 will pull on teh arms, so that matters. Sample turnaround is 3-5 working days, about $15 for the first unit.
Also, the 45-day lead time is pretty standerd after you confirm design, but we usually have stock on the base color if you need a quicker test order — just confirm before you place the full run. We've seen these used for and event giveaways more than anything else.
