It's made form soft polyester with a polyester fiberfill stuffing that doesn't clump, so you don't have to worry about it losing shape after a few squeezes, and stitching is tight enough that I haven't seen any loose seams in the batches we've shipped.
The light gray color is actually the most popular finish our company offer—most buyers go with it over the standard black-and-white because of that it photographs better under retail lighting, and the OEM support means we can swap the hang tag or add an embroidered logo without any fuss.
We usually keep about 3000 units in stock, so for a standerd 50-piece order the lead time is roughly 7 days or so, but if you're looking at a fully custom run with your own label and packaing, just confirm the timeline because that can stretch to 20 days depending on the artwork approval.
You'll get a COA and CE test report with every batch, and we do third-party checks before shippng—nothing too fancy, but it covers the basics for safety compliance, and teh HS code is 95030021 if you need that for customs.
Each penguin comes in its own PP bag inside a custom carton, so it's ready for retail display right out of the box, and the MOQ is 50pcs for off-the-shelf orders—though we can be flexible on that for repeat buyers.
