We’ve been shipping these to EU and UK buyers for a while now, and the CE cert is already in place—customs usually just wants the COA and a quick look at the packging. The sealed central shaft and front/rear ring bearings keep the ride smooth even on rough pavement, which is pretty much what parents notice first when they test it. Most buyers go with the 14-inch for the younger kids, but teh 20-inch is easier to handle for taller ones—usually ages 10 to 15 or so.
The double washed aluminum knife ring isn't something you see on every kids' bike, and what it does is add a bit of weight savings without sacrificing rigidity. 2.35 outer tube tires give decent traction on loose gravel or dirt paths, though if you're doing purely indoor riding, the tread might feel a little aggressive. The iron wire front frame is fine for everyday use, but it's not suited for heavy jumps or BMX-style stunts—that's just a fact. Also, the silent hummer auxiliary wheel is quieter than most, but you'll still hear it on tile floors.
Colors we usually stock are red, blue, yellow, and orange—the orange tends to sell faster in the UK for some reason, but we can adjust the mix if you give us a heads-up. Package size is 80×19×40 CM, which fits standerd pallet configurations for ocean freight.
It's CE certified already, so that covers the EU compliance side, and our company can provide the TDS and SDS for import docs on request. The four nail stand is a solid choice for stability when the bike's parked, but it adds a bit to the overall weight—about 200 grams or so.
14-inch through 20-inch wheel sizes cover ages 3 to 15, and the frame is high carbon steel, so it's heavier than aluminum but holds up better to the kind of abuse kids dish out. Bearings are ring type front and rear, which is better than loose-ball in most cases for longevity. We usually have stock on the 16- and 18-inch sizes, but confirm lead time for the 14-inch or 20-inch—those move slower and we don't keep as many.
We offer 14'', 16'', 18'', and 20'' wheels. Generally, 14'' works for ages 3-5, 16'' for 4-7, 18'' for 6-9, and 20'' for 8-15 years, but it really depends on the child's height.
Our MOQ is typically 100 units per model and color, but we can discuss smaller quantities for first-time trial orders.

Each bike is packed in an 80×19×40 CM carton, with foam padding and plastic wrapping to prevent scratches during transport.
