We’ve been supplying this GLP-1 agonist for metabolic and weight management studies, and most buyers go with the 10mg or 15mg vial — it’s a pretty standard starting point for dose-response work.
It slows gastric emptying and supports pancreatic insulin production, so it’s useful for hyperglycemia and appetite suppression research; but it’s not ideal for acute toxicity models — that’s just not what it’s designed for.
Purity runs above 99% by HPLC, and we include bacteriostatic water (10ml or 30ml, pH 5.7 with 0.9% benzyl alcohol) — the 5L drum is easier to handle if you’re doing larger batch work, but packaging is customizable down to 2mg vials.
We usually have stock on 5mg and 10mg sizes, but confirm lead time for 50mg orders (usually 2-4 weeks). One thing you might not think to ask: the peptide comes lyophilized, so reconstitution is straightforward with teh provided water.
Custom sizes form 2mg to 50mg mean you’re not locked into a fixed format, and we’ve handled batches with tighter tolerance than reagent grade for this specific applicaion — basically, it’s better than generic peptide for GLP-1 studies.
cGMP manufacturing is standerd for us, so you’ll get consistent purity across vials; anyway, we don’t do retail packaging because this is strictly for research use.
