Say a retail chain places a rush order for holidays—we usually have stock on 25cm bears after September, but for 4,000 units or so, that 4-6 week lead time is real, especially if they want custom embroidery on each chest.
It's basically a standard sham with 100% polyester plush and that premium PP cotton filling that holds its shape even after a few washes, but what it does is pass CE, EN71, ASTM, and even CCPSA for Canada—the 25cm size at a weight roughly 150 grams is what most gift buyers go with, but our company can run 10 all the way up to 80cm depending on your display.
Any promotion this works for Christmas markets or trade-show giveaways, though I'll be honest about one limitation—for kids under 3 teh small eyes and stitched nose aren't great, so we stick with the 3+ years recommandation as-is. Also, you can embroidery or print a logo on the belly or foot, but the embroidery holds up better in wash than screen print (which can fade after 30 cycles or so).
Really the only annoying thing is the MOQ varies by size—200 for standdard 25cm, but 500 on the 80cm ones if you want them, and sample time is 5-7 days.

Yes, samples are available. We can produce a pre-production sample in 5-7 working days. The sample cost depends on customization, but we typically deduct it from the final order if you proceed with bulk production.
Our bears are certified with CE, EN71, ASTM, and CCPSA, making them safe for kids aged 3 and up. We can provide copies of these certificates upon request for your quality assurance.
Absolutely. You can choose from our standard colors—brown, white, pink, red, or green—or provide a custom Pantone. We also offer logo embroidery or printing on the bear or its outfit, depending on your design.
We offer standard polybag packaging by default, but we also provide OEM gift boxes if you need them for retail. Just share your packaging specs, and we'll tailor it to your requirements.
