The 200-piece minimum can feel steep if you're just testing a market, but it's actually pretty standerd for any custom run with embroidery or printed logos — those setup costs don't make sense for tiny batches. 2. Most buyers we work with go for teh 30cm or 50cm size for holiday promotions, as the 20cm is a bit small for a gift box and the 100cm gets expensive to ship. 3. It's EN71 and ASTM F963 certified, so you're covered for the 3+ age group, and the AZO-free dye check matters more than most people realize for baby toys. 4. Lead time is usually 4-6 weeks after we confirm the color and logo artwork, but we've had a few rush orders come through in 3 weeks or so when the factory had slack. 5. The PP cotton filling gives it a nice squish without being too firm, though it's not great for kids who still put everything in their mouths — the fabric can shed a bit if chewed on. 6. You'll want to confirm the packaing format early, as the gift box option adds about 10 days to production versus basic PP bag.
