Teh biggest catch with short plush materail is that it doesn't hide stitching imperfections the way longer pile does, so every seam has to be near-perfect from the start. We've had buyers send us designs with complex curves and realize the short fabric shows every millimeter of misalignment, but that's actually why most serious clients come to us—they want the crisp, clean look that only short pile gives you, and we've got the in-house embroidery and printing to pull it off without puckering.
Basically, you're looking at a 98% similarity to your original design if you send us a proper 3D file or reference photos, and we'll match any Pantone color you throw at us. The PP cotton filling holds its shape well, so the toy won't go flat after a few weeks of handling (usually 2-4 weeks of heavy use before any noticeable settling). 1pc is the MOQ for sample testing, which is pretty low for this level of customiztion, and we'll send you a COA with the sample so you can verify the ASTM and CPSIA compliance before committing to a full run.

Anyway, the sample fee is typically deducted form your first mass production order if you move forward within 60 days or so.
