We've been making these plush pig toys for years now, and qualiy speaks for itself—most buyers go with the 20cm size for retail, but custom sizes from 10cm to 80cm are avaliable depending on your needs, and the PP cotton filling holds up well even after repeated washes.
Basically, you're looking at a sitting pig design with embroidered details that can be customized with your logo or printing, and our company can match any color you want (pink, brown, white, yellow, or your own). It passes EN71, ASTM, and CE, so it's safe for kids 3+ years old, but don't expect it to survive rough play with toddlers under that.
The 10cm size is pretty much a keychain or desk buddy, not suited for bedtime cuddling, while the 80cm one is a floor pillow that's better for lounging than carrying around. We usually have stock on the 20cm pink, but confirm lead time for custom colors.
One detail most buyers don't think to ask: teh embroidery thread is colorfast, so it won't bleed after washing, but we recommend cold water and a gentle cycle anyway. Machine washable, and it takes about 4-6 weeks for a production run of 200 pieces or so.
Also, the MOQ varies by size—20cm is 200 pieces, but if you want the 80cm, it's usually 100 or so. We'll send a COA with each batch, and the packaing can customized (poly bag, box, or hang tag) without extra lead time.
Standard colors are pink, brown, white, and yellow. Yes, we can match custom Pantone colors—just send us the code and we'll make a sample for approval.
The 200-piece MOQ is firm for standard 20cm pigs, as it covers our production setup. For bigger sizes like 50cm+, the MOQ drops to 100 pieces.
Yes, we include both EN71 and ASTM certificates with every order. They're fully accepted for EU and US retail compliance.
Absolutely—we can embroider logos on the belly or ear. There's a small setup fee of around $30 per design, but no per-piece charge for orders over 500 units.
Standard is bulk poly bags. We offer customized packaging too—individual poly bags with your hang tag are no problem, just let us know the design.
