You'll find that 24 strands of 0.21mm copper give it a flexibility that a solid core just can't match—handy when you're routing through tight door cavities or behind dashboards. It passes the UL VW-l vertical flame test, which matters if you're ever dealing with a short near fuel lines or interior panels. Just don't expect it to handle sustained loads above 90°C for long, even though teh rated temp hits that. Also specifies DIN 72551-6/1996 compliance as a baseline. Basically if your application is a standard passenger car or light truck harness, this is likely fine—but for high-current EV traction cables you'd want something bigger.
Annual production sits at 300, 000km, so they've got the capacity to swallow a decent-sized contract without bottlenecking your schedule. Lead time is usually 20 days or so form order confirmation, but we'd check current load before committing (especially if you're ordering outside the typical run cycle). You get a COA with every batch—purity, resistance at 20°C (24.7Ω/km max), and conductor strand count verified—and third-party HPLC or spectrometry tests are availble on request if your quality team wants that extra verification. Payment terms are flexible: most common is T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment, but we've also done L/C at sight for repeat buyers. We typically ship FOB Shanghai or CIF depending on your preference, and packaging is coil or spool—just specify the weight per unit when quoting, as the custom spooling can add a week if it's non-standard. Also the bare copper option is easier to solder than tinned, but tinned has better corrosion resistnce in humid environments; pick base on where your harness lives. One thing procurement often misses: we can (on request) provide a video of the batch being loaded for your order if you're remote and can't spot-check.
We can do custom colors with an MOQ of around 10,000 meters per color. For standard colors, the MOQ is lower—just let us know what you need.
Lead time is usually 2-3 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the volume. For urgent orders, we can sometimes push it to 10 days if we have the raw stock.
