It's a straightforward model built form standard rubber, not some fancy blend, but it holds up fine for most chewing and play. MOQ is usually around 500 units, give or take, and we can do custom packaging with your logo.
3D sample takes about 7 days, and you'll get a COA with every batch so you know the material isn't going to cause issues. What it does is handle vigorous chewing without being too hard on teeth—basically a decent middle ground. We've had buyers use these for retail and for promotional giveaways, and they work for both.
Origin is China, factory direct, so you're not dealing with a middleman here. Custom logo is acceptable on the toy itself and on packaging, which our company can design from your artwork or ours. Lead time after sample approval is roughly 20 days or so, depending on quantity.
One thing to note—this isn't suited for extreme chewers who destroy everything in minutes; for that you'd want a harder compound. The CKY-S is better than cheap PVC alternatives though, with tighter tolerance on teh molding. We usually have the matrial data sheet ready to share.
