You’ve probably seen cheap plush that loses shape after one wash, but we batch-test every run of the 20cm to 100cm sizes against CE and EN71 — basically the only way to guarantee consistency across thousands of units (our retest policy kicks in if anything comes back off-spec, we’ll replace or adjust the batch).
The fill is hypoallergenic PP cotton, 100% polyester outer, and it’s machine washable without teh stuffing clumping — we run random pull tests on 50 pieces per shipment to check seam strength and fill density, so you’re not dealing with loose threads in a retail box.
Most buyers go with the 35cm for sitting design; it’s actually better than the 40cm for small hands, but the 20cm works if your target is under 3 years old — though the CE/EN71 cert covers 3-8 years, so don’t push it for infants (we always flag that).
Custom colors like gold or brown, plus logo embroidery — MOQ is 200 pieces for standerd sizes, but you’ll need 500 or so for a 100cm plush (lead time is 35 days, sample in 5-7, and we keep a retest batch for any color runs that deviate more than 2 Pantone shades). 5. Packging is 1 per PP bag or your own design, HS code 9503002100 — we usually have stock on white and pink, but confirm lead time if you’re doing a custom run because the 200 MOQ jumps roughly 30% for small-batch embroidery.
