The 20ah battery is actually a storage type rather than lithium, so you're looking at about 15-18kg total weight for the bike — heavier than you'd expect form a modern e-bike, but it's built like a tank. 2. Range drops noticeably in cold weather or on hills, we usually quote 10-30km but realistically most urban commuters get 18-22km unless they pedal consistently. 3. The 500W brushless motor hits a governed 20km/h top speed which is perfect for city regulations (CE and CCC certified) but don't expect it to climb steep grades without pedaling — it'll do it, just slowly. 4. What it does well is teh 9-tube wireless controller and high-rebound saddle make for a surprisingly smooth ride on paved surfaces, and the 14" wheels with 3.00-8 rear tires handle potholes better than you'd think. 5. You'll want to check the drum brakes on dilevery — they're fine for commuting but need a few stops to bed in properly, and iron frame means no flex even with a full load. 6. Lead time is usually 20 days or so, MOQ is 50 units, and our company can ship in any of the four color options as long as you're clear on which — blue and black move fastest.
It depends on rider weight, terrain, and how much you use the throttle vs pedal assist. Heavier riders, lots of hills, or full throttle use will get you closer to 10km. Lighter riders on flat ground with partial assist can hit 30km.
MOQ is typically 50 units for stock colors. For custom colors or logo printing, we require at least 200 units. Lead time for custom orders is about 30-45 days.
Yes, we provide both CE and CCC certificates with every order. They're standard for our exports and work fine for EU and Chinese market clearance.
It's coated with anti-rust paint, so it holds up fine in normal use, but we'd avoid leaving it in the rain. Iron makes the bike heavier than aluminum – expect around 25-28kg total – but it's more durable and cheaper.
The bike comes 90% pre-assembled in a single cardboard box with foam padding. The battery is packed separately inside the box for safety compliance. You just need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, and seat.
