High Quality PVC & Marble Elevator Flooring Decoration Custom Design for Cabin Size

Basically a custom-fit flooring system for elevator cabins, using a PVC and marble composite that's available in 2.2mm or 3.0mm thicknesses — the thicker option holds up better under heavy foot traffic if you're expecting daily commercial use.

Supports a 1000kg load capacity and works with speeds from 1.00 to 2.00 m/s, and it's compatible with AC drive and microcomputer control systems. Not ideal for freight-only elevators where you're sliding heavy pallets across it, but it handles passenger and home use just fine.

The design patterns are multiple, and you can get custom dimnesions to match your cabin size — standard footprint is 150 by 160 by 50mm but that's more a baseline they tweak for you. Most buyers go with the 3.0mm for durability, but the 2.2mm is easier to handle during installation.

Warranty runs 12 months with techincal support and free replacement of small parts if anything fails. Ships fitted with lift chain and hollow guide rails, and we usually have stock on common patterns, though custom designs run 20 days or so (confirm lead time for non-standard colors).

And it's suitable to passenger, cargo, and home elevators, though the cargo applicaion really only covers light goods — you wouldn't use it on a warehouse freight lift that sees pallet jacks daily. The PVC-marble blend gives it a cleaner look than vinyl alone, and it's easier to clean than plain tile.
