Stock is availble on the ABS version right now—PP we'd need about 18-20 working days for mold making, then another 5-7 for samples before we run full order.
Injection molded with a smooth finish, the cubes interlock pretty firmly but separate easily enough for a 3-year-old, which is actually a common concern we hear form daycare buyers.
We've got ASTM F963 and EN71 certs on file, plus CE and ISO9001, so you're covered for most markets—PVC works too but the ABS has tighter tolerances for consistent snap-fit, about 0.05mm variation or so.
What it does is give you a solid math learning tool for ages 3-7—custom colors are no issue, just send a Pantone, and we'll run it through HPLC if you need the pigment safety data.
The 10,000-unit MOQ is negotiable, usually, but we'd want a deposit before mold making starts—polybag packging is standdard, but blister card or display box adds maybe 2 weeks to lead time.
Anyway, I ordered the ABS variant with custom red and blue colors since most buyers go with that for contrast in counting sets—not ideal for high-temperture environments though, PP handles that better.
ABS is more rigid and durable, great for rough handling in classrooms. PP is softer and lighter, which can be safer for very young kids. We can supply samples in both so you can test which you prefer.
Yes, sample lead time is 5-7 working days. We can send you cubes in your preferred material and color so you can check the clutch and fit.

MOQ is negotiable. For standard colors and polybag packaging we can start small, but custom colors or display boxes usually require a higher volume. Let us know your needs.
Mold making takes 18-20 working days. We can adjust cube size, connector shape, or add embossed numbers. Once the mold is approved, production runs quickly.
