Lead time is about 3 weeks for custom orders, but the off-the-shelf stuff ships within 5 business days, give or take.
The dose window is large enough to read without squinting, which matters when you're dialing in that 0.01ml minimum—basically a single click, and the visual feedback plus a beep confirms each increment. Injection precision is ±2%, so it's better than manual syringes for repeatability, but don't expect it to handle thick formulations beyond 5cP; anything viscous like some oil-based carriers will jam mechanism.
31G or 32G needles screw on easily, and the whole thing runs on a standard 3ml cartridge—so if you're already using those for GLP-1 analogs or NAD+, you can swap without reconfiguring. One-handed operation is smooth, and the injection time maxes at 6 seconds for the full 0.75ml dose, though most buyers go with shorter bursts for better control.
It's not suited for field use where you need to prefill multiple doses in quick succession—the multi-dose design works great for a single user over a week or so, but swapping cartridges mid-session gets tedious. Also, the adjustable scale runs 0-15mg per model, so confirm your compound's concentration before ordering; we've had a few returns from people who assumed it auto-calibrates.
MOQ is 50 units for the standard black model, but our company can do a sample run of 5 for custom colors or feedback system tweaks—just expect the COA to take an extra week for HPLC verification. CAS numbers aren't on the device itself, but we'll include them on the packing list if you need them.
