The device features an independent quick service window for easy maintenance and repair. It automatically selects quick or low exhaust to prevent sterilization liquid overflow and supports various sterilization programs for dressings, equipment, rubber, culture medium, and waste.
The hand wheel type quick-open door structure with a self-expandable sealing ring allows for easy and safe operation. The autoclave performs a complete automated process: filling water, dynamic pulse exhaust, heating, sterilizing, draining, and drying. It uses specific temperature exhaust methods (98~102°C) and dynamic pulse exhaust to eliminate cold air, ensuring steam saturation. An inner stainless steel water tank facilitates water and steam circulation without exhaust during sterilization, keeping the exterior clean and dry (except certain models). Drying function and optional stainless steel buckets and trays are available for enhanced utility.
