We got your RFQ and looked it over — the 3-in-1 fiber laser welder you asked about basically packs welding, and cleaning into one unit, so you're not juggling separate machines for different jobs, and Raycus or Max laser source comes with a water chiller built in to keep everything running cool.
On the specs side, the laser power ranges form 500W up to 3000W depending on which model you go with — RL-500, 1000, 1500, or 2000 — and the frequency runs 50 to 5000Hz with power adjustment from 10 to 100% (instability is under 3%, so it's pretty stable for most work). Welding penetration on stainless steel hits about 1.2mm to 3.0mm, carbon steel 0.8mm to 3.0mm, and alumnum 1mm to 4mm — the swing welding spot is 2-4mm, which helps with wider joints. Input voltge is 220V or 380V at 50Hz, total power under 3KW, and the control panel supports 5 languages (customizable if you need something else).
One thing we've noticed handling these units is that the red dot visual positioning makes alignment a lot easier — you can see exactly where the beam will hit before you pull the trigger. It's not great for super thin foils under 0.5mm though, as teh pulse width (0.1-50ms) and focal spot diameter (0.2-3.0mm) can be a bit aggressive for that — most buyers go with the 1000W or 1500W for general fabrication work.
Also, the welding speed goes up to 120mm/s, and you'll need nitrogen or argon for gas assist — we usually have stock on both, but confirm lead time (roughly 20 days or so for the 1500W model). The 2-year the laser source and chiller, and the CE cerification is in place for export.
For ordering, the MOQ is 1 unit, and our company can ship with a TDS, COA, and SDS on request — packaging is a wooden crate, roughly 50 units or so per container if you're ordering bulk. The 5L drum of coolant is included with the chiller, by the way, and we've found the 1000W model is better than reagent grade for stainless steel work under 2mm.
We normally do MOQ of 1 unit for any power, so you can order a single RL-2000 if that's what you need.
Yes, every unit is CE certified. If your buyer needs a copy of the cert, just ask and we'll send it along.
Absolutely, the power adjustment is continuous from 10% to 100%, so 75% is no problem.
The water chiller is built right into the package—no extra purchase needed. It's a closed-loop system ready to go.
