We're seeing a lot of labs moving away form those cheaper soda-lime vials for retatrutide storage, and honestly, it makes sense—peptide stability is just too sensitive for that kind of variability in glass quailty, so we've been running these borosilicate glass 3.3 vials for bulk buyers who need something that doesn't leach or crack under temperature shifts.
Teh COA and HPLC certs are standard, and we usually have stock for 3ml and 5ml sizes, though the 7ml and 10ml might need a lead time of 20 days or so depending on volume, and that flat neck with the 16mm or 22mm aluminum cap plus PTFE/silicone septum is pretty much the go-to for resealing after sampling.
One thing that catches people off guard is the MOQ—it's 20,000 pieces, which isn't huge for a production run, but if you're a smaller lab doing early-stage work, you'll probably want to split with a collaborator or check if our company can do a partial carton, though we don't always have flexibility there.
What it basically comes down to is that vials are packed 100 per inner box and 10 boxes per carton, so you're getting 1,000 vials per master carton, and we can customize the labeling or even the neck size if you're running a specific autosampler or crimper—just confirm the specs before ordering.
