The carton box compression test machine is designed for evaluating the compressive strength of various packaging containers including corrugated cartons, food packaging, beverage boxes, cosmetic containers and other packaging materials. This precision equipment provides reliable data for quality control in packaging production lines.
Featuring a high-precision load cell with 1/250,000 resolution, the machine delivers accurate measurements within ±0.25% precision. The Panasonic servo motor combined with DC variable speed drive system ensures smooth operation and consistent test results. The Windows-based control system offers intuitive operation with multilingual interface support (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English).
The equipment performs compression tests according to international standards including TAPPI-T804, JIS-20212, GB4857.3.4, ASTM-D642, QB/T1048, BS EN ISO 12048 and others. It can test samples up to 1000×1200×1000mm in size with adjustable speed from 0.01 to 200mm/min.
Advanced features include automatic magnification function, user-defined test methods, multiple curve data comparison, and various measurement units (kgf, Ibf, N, KN, T). The machine automatically stops at sample fracture or when reaching preset load values, with safety features including E-Stop, over-load protection and limit switches.
