The viscosity limit is ≤20 cP, which should cover standard insulin and most GLP-1 formulations, but if your compound is thicker you'll need to check batch compatibilty — we usually have stock in both Imogen (18×18×145mm) and Honor/Grow (18×18×159.2mm) formats, though teh shorter one handles easier for those with smaller hands.
A detail most buyers don't ask about upfront is that the needle cover locking mechanism is passive, meaning once it's deployed it stays locked and can't be re-cocked, so you don't get accidental second injections; also, the material is medical-grade plastic with customizable colors if your brand needs that, but the MOQ on custom runs is roughly 20,000 units or so.
A lot of our customers are diabetes clinics moving to prefilled syringes form vial-and-syringe setups because of that it cuts down on dosing errors, and we've handled batches where the tolerance on fixed dose is tighter than most competitor pens — though we usually include a COA on request for each lot.
Anyway, lead time for standerd units is typically 4-6 weeks from order confirmation, but confirm stock when you're ready because we've had surges after regulatory approvals that stretch that to 10 weeks or so.
