Basically, it drags the bag over six bump plates (each 300x30mm, 5mm high, with a hardness of HB 40±5) at speeds up to 5 km/hr, adjustable in 0~5 km/hr increments. The PLC touch screen lets you set test time from 0 to 999.9 hours, and it remembers where it left off if power cuts—handy for overnight runs.
We’ve seen these used mostly for luggage and baby strollers, but it’s not great for heavy industrial casters—max capacity is under 1000KN, so think consumer goods, not warhouse dollies. The electronic load system gives you accuracy within 0.5 grade, which is tighter than what most basic abrasion testers offer.
You can customize the speed range or bump plate configuration—we’ve done batches with different hardness plates for clients who want to simulate rougher terrain. MOQ is usually 1 unit, but lead time can stretch to 20 days or so if you want non-standard specs (check with us first).
Power requirement is AC220V, 50Hz, so make sure your lab has that—no 110V option without a transformer. Teh ISO9001:2008 cert covers build, and we include a 1-year warranty, but we’ve had units run for years without issues. Shipping form China, HS code 9024109000 applies.
