High-Quality Rechargeable Electro-Hydraulic Clamp for Power Maintenance and Pipe Crimping Applications

We've got a ton of guys doing power maintenance and pipe crimping who are still fighting with manual clamps on site, and the whole point of this rechargeable unit is you can get a clean crimp on a 240mm² cable without wrestling the tool—the electro-hydraulic pump does the heavy lifting, running off a 21V battery pack that typically holds for 150 cycles or so depending on lug size.

The automatic retraction cycle kicks in once pressure hits about 10 tons, which is tight enough for most industrial copper and aluminun connectors, and honestly nobody misses sitting there pumping a handle for five minutes per joint; just line up the die, press the start, and in 3 to 5 seconds you're done.

It basically checks the boxes for anyone needing CE and RoHS certification on their equipment, though if you're doing very light-gauge wire work like 1.5mm² control wiring, this is overkill—you'd be better off with a small mechanical tool anyway.

For weight, we can adjust it, but out of the box it runs about 4.8kg with the battery inserted, which is manageable for overhead work or tight manholes (confirm final spec with your suppiler since some batches are slightly heavier depending on the motor assembly).

The customization side means I've ordered it with a blue shell for one crew and yellow for another because the contractor wanted color coordination—not a big deal, but worth noting if your guys are particualr about the case.

Also, the OEM service includes swapping out the standdard dies for a different profile, so if you're crimping specific lugs that aren't common, you can just ask them to supply the matching dies with the unit.
