We’ve got a batch test protocol on every production run for these 20A 300V terminal blocks — HPLC and thermal cycling mostly, and you’ll get the COA with each shipment, though retesting is something our company can arrange at cost if you need it, usually within 2-3 days after you flag a concern.
The PA66 housing with UL94V-0 rating is pretty standerd for this class, but what we’ve found is the brass tin-plated pins hold up better in high-vibration setups than cheaper nickel alternatives — it’s actually a detail a lot of buyers overlook, especially for railway or aerospace where you’re pushing 8.25mm pitch at 105°C ambient.

Injection molding gives us good batch-to-batch consistency — we’ve shipped about 40,000 units or so in teh last quarter and only had one retest request, which came back within spec, so the process itself is solid, but we do recommend a pre-shipment check if your appliction sees sustained 300V with high humidity cycles.
Our standard lead time for the SY825-8.25mm is roughly 12 working days for orders up to 500 pieces, and we keep 1000 units in stock for the 2P and 3P versions, though you’ll want to confirm stock for anything above 12P — those we usually mold-to-order.
For most pole configurations, our MOQ is 100 pieces. We can sometimes do less for samples, but standard orders start at that quantity.
