This premium hospital transport trolley is designed for optimal patient care and medical facility efficiency. The unit features a durable powder-coated steel bed surface with 220kg bearing capacity and optional X-ray translucent platform for diagnostic versatility.
The ergonomic design includes multiple adjustment functions: backrest lifts 0°-82° (±5°), leg-rest lifts 0°-30° (±5°), with both Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg positioning (0-18° each). These features ensure patient comfort during transport and various medical procedures.
Constructed with high-quality materials including Baosteel components and environmental plastic that withstands 100°C sterilization while maintaining 30MPa tensile strength. The 11-process epoxy painting provides anti-bacterial properties with 0.12mm thickness coating that resists 50kg impacts.
The transport system features 6" Double Side Secure® castors with central locking, TPR tires that withstand 30KM of use without wear, and a 5th wheel for precise directional control. The unit has passed dynamic testing including 120kg load capacity over 30KM with 500 obstacle crossings.
Additional features include foldable aluminum alloy guardrails, full stainless steel IV pole with 15kg capacity, waterproof PU mattress for easy cleaning, and multiple accessories including oxygen cylinder holder and drainage hooks. The unit comes with 4 manual cranks for various adjustments.
Manufactured with precision using Panasonic robotic welding for 360° smooth seams and powered by an American brand hydraulic pump for reliable height adjustment and positioning functions.
