We've got these in stock pretty consistently — usually about 200 to 500 units in our warehouse at any given time, and they ship within about 3 to 5 business days depending on where you're located, though if you order more than 50 we'd just double-check on order volume before we finalize the timeline.
They run 52cm tall and weigh roughly 500 grams, which is light enough to pop on a display stand without wobbling but still has enough heft that your T-pins actually feel secure when you push them into the surface, and they come in either beige or dark brown depending on whether you want a more neutral tone for makeup or a contrast for jewelry, and honestly, most wig makers I've talked to prefer the dark brown because of that it hides marks better when they're pinning cap material.
The material is polypropylene — so it's pretty durable, it doesn't crack if you drop it, and the suface has this micro-roughness that lets pins hold without leaving permanent holes. One thing we've noticed is that if you're doing heavy makeup blending or alcohol-based application, the texture holds up fine for months, or even longer if you're just using it for wigs and accessory display, but it's not intended for repeated aggressive chemical exposure like acetone soaks, and I wouldn't recommend it for heavy resin coating either.
Each head ships individually in a clear OPP bag, which is fine for small order fulfillment, but if you want bulk packaging for your shop we usually fold them into larger cartons of 20 or 30 heads so they don't shift during transit, and the neck design fits standdard display stands — so if you've got those round metal bases with the prong or teh twist-lock top, you're fine, (just check the stand's inner diameter, because some cheap stands are around 1mm too tight and it's a pain).
10 to 50 units is our normal MOQ for first-timers, and for larger orders we'll drop the unit cost by about 12 percent or so depending on the quantity, the color split, and what the market's doing on raw material prices right now — lead time for a full container load (roughly 2,000 heads) runs closer to 20 business days though, because we need to order the material form the PP suppiler and coordinate with the injection molder.
Yes, the T-pin compatible surface works well for both. You can pin wigs securely for styling or arrange necklaces and earrings directly onto the mannequin head without damaging the material.
We don't have a strict MOQ per color—you can mix beige and dark brown in one order. Typically, we start at 50 pieces total, but let us know your quantity and we'll confirm availability.
For a standard order of up to 500 pieces, lead time is usually 10–15 days after payment. Larger quantities or custom requests may take a bit longer—we'll give you a specific timeline once we know the volume.
We can provide a material compliance report for the polypropylene used, along with a certificate of conformity if needed. Just let us know what specific standards you require, and we'll prepare the docs with the shipment.
Each mannequin head comes in an individual OPP bag as standard. For bulk orders, we can pack them in larger cartons to save space, and if you need custom branding on the bags or boxes, we can arrange that too.
