We ship these in cases of 50 individually pouched drapes, each one sterile for three years, and the standerd size runs 210x320cm with a 6cm expandable fenestration — that fenestration sits inside an 80x115cm reinforcement panel.
The material stack is PE film laminated to SMS or SMMS nonwoven, and it handles anti-static, anti-alcohol, and anti-blood requirement without issue; most buyers go with blue or green, but we can match your hospital’s color preference if you ask.
What it does is combine an adhesive incise area that actually holds under tension, a 360-degree fluid collection pouch that doesn’t collapse, and a tube holder that keeps lines organized — the foam band around the fenestration edge is a nice touch for reducing skin irritation.
We usually have stock on the 210x320cm with the 6cm fenestration, but if you need a different fenestration size or an extra suction port, that’s a customization that adds about 20 days or so to lead time.
It’s not suited for procedures requiring a non-adhesive incise drape — teh adhesive is permanent once placed, so if you’re doing something that needs repositioning, you’ll want a different product.
CE and ISO certs are standard with every shipment, and we can provide a COA form the batch; sample freight is on you, but we’ll knock that cost off the first order if the MOQ is flexible enough for your run.

Each drape is packed in a paper/poly pouch, 50 pieces per carton. Store them in a dry, ventilated area, and they stay sterile for up to 3 years.
