Our disposable nonwoven SMS surgical drapes are designed for medical procedures requiring sterile environments. These drapes feature premium materials and thoughtful design elements to ensure optimal performance during surgical applications.
The drapes are constructed from high-quality PE film combined with nonwoven fabric (SMS/SMMS) that provides excellent barrier properties including anti-static, anti-alcohol and anti-blood features. The adhesive incise area ensures secure placement during procedures.
Key functional components include a 360° fluid collection pouch, foam band, and optional suction port as requested. The tube holder provides convenient access and organization for medical tubing. Armboard covers are included for complete surgical site protection.
Available in standard size of 210x320cm with fenestration, plus an 80x115cm reinforcement panel. The 6cm expandable fenestration accommodates various surgical needs. Custom sizes and configurations are available upon request.
The drapes come in blue or green color options and are suitable for multiple surgical applications including universal procedures, thyroid operations, laparotomy, orthopedic surgeries, eye procedures, and specialized areas like cardiovascular and neurosurgery.
Each drape is individually packaged in a paper/poly pouch with 50 pieces per carton (carton dimensions: 60*50*40cm). The product holds CE, ISO, FBA, and BV certifications, with material specifications adaptable to customer requirements.
Key features include excellent isolation properties to separate contaminated areas, superior fluid barrier protection, creation of sterile fields, and effective fluid control through channeling and collection systems.
Important usage notes: Single-use only product that must be destroyed after use. Do not use if package is damaged. The sterile integrity is guaranteed for three years when stored properly in dry, ventilated conditions.
