We run them through a 12-point stability test before any batch leaves—frame load, handlebar torque, wheel alignment, all checked against CE cert we hold, and we retest if anything shifts by more than 2%.
The steel frame (it's 1.2mm wall thickness, not the thin stuff you see on some budget models) holds up well, and the PP saddle is actually impact-tested at 15kg for 500 cycles—basically simulates a 6-year-old bouncing on it for a few years.
Batch consistency is pretty tight because we keep the same mold suppiler for the PP parts, but we do a random 3% retest on every production run, and if any sample fails we pull the whole batch for re-inspection.
4kg net weight means it's light enough for a 2-year-old to steer without tipping, but teh 12-inch EVA wheels (or air-filled if you prefer) give decent grip on pavement—just don't expect it to handle gravel, it's really a sidewalk cruiser.
Lead time is about 30 days or so for a standdard 4pcs/ctn order, but we usually have stock for 200-300 units ready to go if you need a quicker fill.
We ship in cases of 4 pieces per carton, so the MOQ is 4 units. For larger orders, we can discuss volume pricing.

The handle is adjustable, but the PP plastic saddle itself is fixed at the standard height for ages 2-6. The steel frame design keeps the ride stable for that age range.
