Actually went with the CM-07 cart instead of the stainless models we usually look at—the ABS plastic steel build handles corrosion better in busy ER environments where spills happen constantly, and electrostatic powder coating means wiping down between shifts isn't a battle.
For the new treatment rooms we're outfitting, those 5 storage layers with the defibrillator shelf, IV stand, and CPR board included as standard keeps us from ordering separate accessories that typically delay deployment by 20 days or so.
Dimnesions are 615 by 550 by 1010 mm, which fits the standard alcove space we measured in the wards, and the 4-inch swivel casters with two brakes let us lock it in place during procedures without it drifting.
We've worked with this suppiler before, so the 1-year warranty is solid, and they provide COAs upfront—no chasing for documentation after payment, which is usually our headache with other vendors.
Customiaztion is available for color (we're sticking with standerd green), and OEM/ODM is an option if we scale up, but the MOQ for custom runs is something like 50 units or so depending on batch specs.
Not ideal for heavy surgical trays or bulk sterilized packs—the ABS plastic steel is better than reagent-grade units for light-to-moderate loads but won't hold up if you're stacking full instrument pans across all five shelves.
