Silicone foam sheet is a high-performance material manufactured using advanced foaming technology. It features uniform cell structure with a density range of 0.25-0.85g/cm³ and Shore hardness of 8-30A. This environmentally friendly material is non-toxic, odorless, and exhibits excellent resilience and flexibility.
The surface of our silicone foam sheet is free from bubbles or pores, ensuring consistent quality. Available in standard colors including red, gray, natural, white, and black, with custom color options available upon request.
Key features include excellent heat resistance, air aging resistance, ozone resistance, and superior insulation properties. The material demonstrates resistance to fuel oil and lubricating oil, making it suitable for applications in both air and oil media within a temperature range of -60°C to +250°C.
Our silicone foam sheet offers strong sealing capabilities, effectively preventing penetration of small particles and moisture. It provides excellent dustproof, moisture-proof, airtight, and light-blocking properties, along with vibration isolation and fireproof characteristics.
Common applications include electronic device manufacturing, vehicle interiors, hot stamping equipment, and mechanical seals. The material can be die-cut into various shapes to meet specific customer requirements and can be prepared with adhesive backing when needed.
When exposed to moisture, water, or temperature variations, the material maintains dimensional stability. Even in cases of short-circuit combustion, the resulting silicon dioxide remains an insulator, ensuring continued operation of electrical equipment.
