It's built from 304 stainless steel with a polished surface that doesn't harbor bacteria or peel over time, and the 50kg per shelf rating literally means you can stack heavy monitors or centrifuge components on each of three layers without it bowing, but we usually recommend not loading all shelves to max simultaneously because the 4 swivel casters with brakes (the kind that actually lock) handle about 150kg total comfortably.
So the overall dimensions are 650x400x800mm give or take depending on how the welder finishes that day, and what matters is that it fits through standard doorways without clearance issues — we've had buyers order them for pharmacy compounding rooms too, where the stainless steel surface wipes down easily with isopropyl.
15 to 20 days lead time for custom orders is typical, but for a standard ET-2 without color changes or extra shelves our company can often ship in 8-10 days if stock is avaliable, and the MOQ is literally one unit so you don't have to commit to a pallet just to test one in your facility.
Every unit ships with a CE and ISO13485 certificate packed in the box (not digital only, actual paper copies) plus the standard export packging is basically corrugated cardboard with foam inserts that prevent scratches during transit — we've only had damage claims on maybe 2% of shipments in the last year.
One thing buyers don't always think to ask is that the casters are TPR material, not standard rubber, so they don't mark up hospital vinyl flooring or leave black streaks in the lab, and while custom colors are available most clinical buyers just go with the polished stainles finish because of that it's easier to verify cleanliness during inspections.
