Basically it's a full endoscopy system that handles laparoscopy, urology, and gynecology cases — the NKJ-2 model packs a 1920×1080 Full HD camera with a 1/3" sensor, and the 2000lm LED light source runs at 6500K for daylight-like color rendering. We usually have stock, but confirm lead time for the 22- or 26-inch monitor options; the 24-inch is the most common pick.
50,000 hours on that light source is pretty much a decade of daily use, and the CO2 flow rates hit 20, 30, or 40 L/min with suction at 5000ml/min — tighter tolerance than most entry-level systems for this. It's got CE and ISO13485 certs, so you'll clear compliance without, though it's not suited for teaching hospitals that need 4K.
The 12-month the kit, and what it does is integrate the insufflator and suction into one box, which saves rack space. Most buyers go with the 22-inch monitor for mobile carts, but the 26-inch is better for fixed setups — we've shipped about 50 units or so this year.
Anyway, the insufflation works at 20 or 40 L/min depending on your batch, and teh camera head has white balance, gain, freeze frame, and digital zoom — all controlled via the handpiece. One concrete detail: the suction filter needs swapping every 20 procedures or so, but it's a standerd 28mm thread.
To order, we usually have these on lead time of 2-4 weeks (check availability for the 26-inch monitor, as it's less common). The system ships with a COA and TDS, and you'll need to buy camera cable seperately if you want a spare.
