We’ve been moving these for years now, mostly to guys setting up temporary power on construction sites or running heavy equipment outdoors—the H07RN-F is basically the go-to for anything that needs to take a beating and still work. What it does is combine a rubber EPR core insulation with a polychloroprene (CR) outer sheath, which is what gives it that oil resistnce and keeps the UV from cracking it after a few summers in the sun. Most orders come in around the 4mm² or 6mm² sizes, but we’ve had requests up to 500mm² for some pretty serious indutrial feeds.

voltage rating sits at 450/750V, which covers most machinery we see, and the tempearture range is -30°C to +60°C—so it’ll handle a cold snap or a hot rooftop without going stiff or melting. Short circuit tolerance goes up to 200°C for about 5 seconds, and they test it at 2500V before it leaves the plant. Fire performance is according to IEC 60332-1, so it’s not going to propagate a flame if something shorts, which matters when you’re running it through a building’s cable tray.

You can bend this cable to about 4 times its diameter when it’s fixed in place, or 7.5D when it’s moving—say on a crane or a hoist—so it’s better than a lot of PVC stuff for tight spaces. Actually, ozone resistance is a thing buyers don’t always think to ask about, but it matters if you’re near motors or welding gear that generates ozone; the CR sheath handles it without cracking. For outdoor use, the black color is pretty much universal, and it’s UV-stable enough that we don’t get returns for sheath degradation.

Core options go from 1 all the way up to 36 cores, which is a lot of configurations to keep in stock—so we usually have the common ones (3-core, 4-core, 5-core in sizes 1.5mm² to 10mm²) ready to ship within a week, but for anything above 16mm² or odd core counts, expect lead times around 20 days or so. The conductor is either bare copper or tinned copper, and tinned is better if you’re worried about corrosion in a marine environment. —this isn’t suited for direct burial, even though it’s; you’d want a SWA cable for that.

Bulk pricing drops once you hit 100 meters or so, typically about 10-15% off list, but our company can do better for full coils. COAs come with every batch, and they usually show the HPLC data for the rubber mix if you need that level of traceability. Most buyers go with the 3G1.5mm² for portable tools and step up from there. Anyway, we usually have stock on the popular sizes, but confirm lead time before placing a large order— can fill up fast.
We provide a test certificate or declaration of conformity per your request, showing compliance with the standards listed. Just let us know which document you need before shipping.
MOQ varies by conductor size—typically 100 meters for smaller sizes like 1.5mm², and 50 meters for larger ones like 95mm². For exact numbers, drop us your required size and quantity.
Standard is black for UV resistance, but we can make other colors like orange or yellow for custom runs. Lead time will be longer, and MOQ applies—reach out to discuss.
Standard production takes 15-20 working days for that spec, plus shipping time. If you need it faster, we can check stock or expedite for an additional fee.
Store it indoors in a dry place between -20°C and +40°C, away from direct sunlight and ozone sources. Keeping it off the ground on pallets helps avoid moisture damage.
