Our PVC insulated control cables are designed for fixed installation in various environments including indoor, cable trenches, pipelines and direct burial applications. These cables feature excellent electrical properties and mechanical durability.
The cables are constructed with high purity copper conductors (solid, stranded or flexible options available) with PVC insulation and sheath. For applications requiring additional protection, we offer steel tape armored (KVV22) and shielded (KVVP/KVVP2) versions.
Key features include flame retardant properties, excellent insulation resistance, and resistance to oils and chemicals. The cables maintain stable performance in temperature ranges from -15°C to +70°C.
Available in various configurations from 2 to 61 cores with conductor cross-sections from 0.75mm² to 10mm². Standard rated voltages include 300/500V, 450/750V and 0.6/1KV options.
Our control cables comply with GB/T5023 standard (equivalent to IEC60227) and can also be manufactured to meet ASTM, DIN or BS standards upon request. All products undergo strict quality control and carry CE, ISO9001 certifications.
