The UV TOC removal system utilizes advanced ultraviolet technology to effectively reduce Total Oxidizable Carbons (TOC) in water through three primary mechanisms. The high-energy 185nm UV light initiates photochemical reactions that break down organic compounds into water and carbon dioxide.

UV TOC Removal System

The system features a stainless steel construction with either SS304 or SS316 materials, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. The UV reactor generates hydroxyl radicals that oxidize organic contaminants, while the integrated ion exchange system provides additional purification capabilities.

This equipment is particularly effective in high-purity water systems, capable of reducing TOC levels to below 1.5ppb. The system includes safety features such as ultra-high temperature alarms and comes with an optional LCD display for monitoring operation parameters.

Available in multiple configurations with flow rates ranging from 0.3m³/h to 50m³/h, the system can be customized to meet specific industrial requirements. The UV lamps have a service life exceeding 9,000 hours, providing long-term reliable operation.
