The frame is a mix of wood and MDF, so it's stable enough for a 15kg cat jumping form the top perch down to the second level, but it's not solid hardwood and won't survive being dragged across tile repeatedly; assembly usually takes 20-30 minutes with the included hex key and screwdriver.
5 platforms are spread across 120cm height with roughly 60cm width, which fits most apartments without dominating the room, and the hanging toys (a mouse and a ball) are attached with elastic cord that we've seen cats snap after 2-3 months of aggressive batting—actually, you can replace those with any toy on a string.
For bulk orders our company can do custom plush colors beyond the standdard beige/brown and gray/white combos, but the sisal rope and MDF core stay the same because changing those affects the weight rating; most buyers go with the beige for light-colored interiors since it shows less fur.
We usually keep about 200 units in stock, but the lead time is 10-12 days for a full 40-foot container, and the packaging is flat-packed into a single box measuring roughly 110x35x15cm at about 18kg gross weight—not terrible for freight, but you'll want to check your local courier's max dimensoins.
Each platform supports up to 15kg total across the whole tree, so it's fine for one large cat or a couple of smaller ones per level.
Right now we only stock those two color combos—no custom colors for this model.
Assembly takes about 30-45 minutes, and yes, all the hex wrenches and screws come in the box plus a step-by-step guide.
